The short version. We keep the least we can: enough to run your account, confirm your payment and keep the contest honest. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and there is no analytics script on this site.

What we hold, and why.

· Your name, email address and password hash — to create and run your account. The password is stored only as a one-way hash; we cannot read it. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.

· Your display name — shown publicly on the leaderboard if you enter the contest. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.

· Your membership and payment history — which pass you hold, when it was bought and when it ends. Legal basis: performing our contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.

· The IP address you signed up from, and your contest picks — to detect one person entering the free contest from many accounts, which is the one thing that would make a prize pool unfair to everybody else. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running an honest contest. You can object; see below.

· Your bankroll figure, if you enter one — a single number you type in, kept so the site can show each stake in your own money. It is yours, it is never shared, and you can clear it in your profile at any time.

· Your profile picture, if you upload one — resized in your browser before it ever reaches us.

What we do not hold. Card numbers, bank details and billing addresses never reach this site — they stay with the payment provider. We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting or third-party analytics.

Cookies. Two, both strictly necessary: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers which language you chose. Neither tracks you across other sites, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Who else processes it. Our hosting provider stores the database on our behalf. Our email provider delivers the confirmation code to you. Our payment provider handles the payment and tells us that it succeeded, and which email address paid. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and we choose EU hosting for this service where the provider offers it. Some providers are based outside the EU; where that is so, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long. Account data for as long as you have an account, and for 30 days after you ask us to delete it, so an accidental deletion can be undone. Payment records for as long as tax law requires them to be kept, which is longer and is out of our hands. Contest picks and results stay on the public record for the tournament they belong to. Sign-up IP addresses are deleted twelve months after sign-up.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to support@razeline.net and we will answer within 30 days, free of charge. Where we rely on legitimate interest — the anti-multi-accounting checks — you can object and we will weigh it; note that we may then be unable to let that account enter a contest with prize money.

Complaints. If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first and we will try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

Children. This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find it.

Security. Passwords are hashed, the site is served over HTTPS, and access to the database is limited to the operator. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
