1. What this service is. RAZE LINE publishes pre-match analysis and predictions for competitive Valorant: a written read on each match, the odds we had recorded when we published, and a suggested share of bank. It is information and opinion. It is not betting advice, not financial advice, and not a promise that any outcome will happen.

2. What this service is not. We are not a bookmaker, a betting exchange or a gambling operator. We do not take wagers, hold your money, settle bets or operate betting accounts. Any bet you place is placed elsewhere, with someone else, entirely at your own risk and on your own judgement.

3. Who may use it. You must be at least 18. You are responsible for knowing whether betting is legal where you live and for obeying those laws. We close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18, and no refund is due on an account closed for that reason.

4. Your account. One account per person. Give a real email address you control — it is how we confirm your account and how access is granted after payment. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Your display name appears publicly on the leaderboard, so it may not contain advertising, links, contact handles, impersonation of staff, or abuse. We may rename or close an account that breaks this.

5. The tournament pass. The pass is a single payment for a single named tournament. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel. Access begins when your payment is confirmed and ends when that tournament's final match is over, after which the account returns to the free tier by itself.

6. Payment. Payments are handled by an external payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Access is granted automatically when the provider confirms the payment; if the confirmation is delayed or arrives under a different email address, write to support@razeline.net and we will open access by hand.

7. Immediate access and the right of withdrawal. The pass is digital content delivered immediately. By buying it you ask us to start supplying it at once and you acknowledge that, once access has been opened, you lose the statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days that would otherwise apply to a consumer purchase in the EU. If you have paid but access has not yet been opened, that right still stands and you can have your money back in full.

8. If the tournament does not happen. If the tournament is cancelled, abandoned or cut short, we refund the pass in proportion to the matches that were not played. You do not have to ask for it.

9. Refunds otherwise. Losing picks are not a defect and are not grounds for a refund — a record that never loses would not be a real one, which is why ours is published in full, including the losing runs. If the service is materially broken for a meaningful stretch of the tournament and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will make it right.

10. What you may do with the analysis. Everything behind the pass is licensed to you personally. You may read it, use it and talk about it. You may not republish it, resell it, feed it to a paid group or channel, or scrape the site. Doing so ends your access without a refund.

11. The free contest. Entry is free and always will be — it is never tied to buying a pass. One account per person. Creating extra accounts to enter more than once disqualifies every account involved and forfeits any prize. Picks lock before each match starts. Results are settled from the official scoreline. We may correct a scoring error after the fact, including after a table has been published. We publish the prize pool and how it splits before the tournament, and pay prizes within 30 days of the final. We decide entries and disputes in good faith and our decision is final.

12. Accuracy. We put real work into every pick, but schedules change, rosters change and mistakes happen. Nothing here is guaranteed to be correct or complete. A published prediction, once settled, is never edited — the record stands as it was.

13. Availability. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue a pass you have paid for, we refund the unused part.

14. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that: we are not liable for money you lose betting, for decisions you make using our content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

15. Ending access. You can delete your account at any time by writing to support@razeline.net. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where we close one for a breach, no refund is due.

16. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. The version in force when you bought a pass governs that purchase.

17. Law. These terms are governed by Polish law and the law of the European Union. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
